Vice President Operations

will be responsible for overseeing operations management, P&L; management, customer service, strategic planning, and Andhra Pradesh project management on a day-to-day basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for identifying & creating new business opportunities in areas of operationsResponsible for overall operations,



revenue generation and profitability of dialysis unitsResponsible for preparation & adherence of targets and budgetsTo identify the underperforming centres and develop strategies for turnaroundEffectively manage and review P&L; of all the centres/cluster to optimize centre profitabilityManaging relationship with top clinical-nephrologists, acting as liaison between clinical and internal teams of doctors to deliver best clinical outcomeEnsuring standardisation of operations across centres and implementation of SOPsTo ensure that all centres adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, brand standards, company policies and proceduresFacilitate coordination and communication of support services such as IT, HR & FinanceDeliver best patient care experience and foster enabling environment for staffMonitor, review, evaluate and ensure all KPIS of the centres are met on a regular basis.

Specification:PG with experience in Healthcare Or other relevant service industry.Excellent communication, negotiations and presentation skillsP&L; understanding plus market knowledgeAbility to connect, network, influence key customers/ nephrologists/govt officialsUnderstanding of legal language to prepare & sign contractsAnalytical and Self drivenWilling & keen to travel – 70%
