Job Title: Senior Manager – HR

? Role Objective

To take complete ownership of the HR, Admin, Compliance, and Liaisoning functions. This role involves setting up systems from scratch, managing statutory requirements, handling all recruitment operations, and ensuring smooth facility and vendor administration.

? Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- End-to-end hiring for Sales (GT/MT), Factory, Accounts, and Admin

- Ensure closure of roles within 15 days TAT

- Build hiring pipelines via local channels, job portals, ITIs, and consultants

- Manage onboarding, documentation, ID cards, uniform distribution

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

- 100% compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, and Factory Act

- Maintain all statutory registers and file returns on time

- Prepare and support internal and external HR audits

- Draft and manage labour contractor agreements

Attendance, Payroll & HR Systems





- Implement biometric attendance and payroll software within 60 days

- Manage OT, leave, weekly offs, and shift rosters

- Coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and deductions

- Maintain salary register, pay slips, F&F; settlements

Policy, Records & Communication

- Draft policies: attendance, conduct, leave, probation, exit

- Maintain complete employee records with ID/address proofs, salary slips, contracts

- Ensure timely performance reviews, confirmations, and exits

- Handle internal grievance redressal and escalation coordination

Admin & Facility Management

- Manage vendors: canteen, security, cleaning, water supply, uniforms

- Maintain asset register (ID cards, devices, safety equipment)

- Track AMC contracts, repairs, and vendor bills

- Oversee hygiene, safety, and facility upkeep

Contractor & Govt. Liaison

- Manage contractor attendance, strength, and billing accuracy

- Liaise with local authorities: Labour Department, PF Office, Factory Inspector

- Ensure zero disruption during audits or inspections
