At Alive, we’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about delivering outstanding support and creating memorable interactions with our users.

What You’ll Do:Provide exceptional customer support via chat and callsResolve user inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalismTroubleshoot issues and escalate concerns when necessaryCollaborate with internal teams to improve user experienceGather feedback to enhance our platform and services

What We’re Looking For:Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)0-1 years of experience in customer supportAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindsetExperience with chat and call support tools is a plus
