About the Role
Are you a Tally Prime wizard who loves the flexibility of work from home but enjoys the occasional coffee with the team? We are looking for an organized and tech-savvy Accountant to take ownership of our day-to-day finances. You’ll be the heartbeat of our financial health—ensuring our filings are on time, our records are crystal clear, and our daily expenses are managed with precision.
(Responsibilities)
Own the Books: Maintain end-to-end accounting in Tally Prime.
GST & Compliance: Handle GSTR-1, 3B, and 2B reconciliations like a pro to ensure we stay 100% compliant.
Expense Management: Track and verify daily office expenses, ensuring every voucher is in its place.
Cash Flow Monitoring: Perform weekly Bank Reconciliations (BRS), e-way bills,
KYC verification and manage Accounts Payable/Receivable.
Monthly Reporting: Help us see the big picture by preparing Monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet summaries.
(Requirements)
Tally Expert: You have deep experience with Tally Prime (shortcuts, features, and reporting).
Tax Savvy: Solid knowledge of Annual GST filing and TDS. Also Income Tax and ROC (Monthly & Yearly).
Detail Obsessed: You catch errors before they happen and take pride in clean books.
Hybrid Ready: You are self-motivated when working remotely and can visit our office twice a week for physical reviews.
Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree.
Experience: 1–3 years in a core accounting role.
TIMINGS:- WFH:- 1-2 HOURS PER DAY
WFO:- 1-2 HOURS TWICE A WEEK
SALARY:- 3,000-6,000 PER MONTH
