Job Description:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for domestic customers

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Record customer interactions in the system

Languages Required:

Tamil (Mandatory)

English (Basic to Intermediate)

Malayalam / Telugu (Added Advantage)

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree

Positive communication skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary:

₹12,500 to ₹18,000 Take Home (Based on experience & process)
