Job Title: Marketing Intern – Lead Generation Department: Marketing Location: Bengaluru (Manipal Centre, Dickenson Road) Duration: 3–6 Months Internship Start Date: At the Earliest Employment Type: Internship / Trainee About the Role We are seeking a proactive and research-driven Marketing Intern (Lead Generation) to support our business development efforts. The intern will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, maintaining prospect databases, and supporting marketing outreach campaigns. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation within a dynamic agency environment. Key Responsibilities • Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, email, industry databases, and other digital platforms.

- Build and maintain a prospect list of SMEs, startups, and D2C/e-commerce businesses. • Support outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn (and calls, where applicable). • Coordinate with the marketing team to qualify leads before passing them to the sales team. • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy.




- Prepare weekly reports on lead generation progress and performance. • Assist in competitor analysis and campaign tracking. Key Skills & Competencies • Solid communication skills (written & verbal). • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, ads, social media, etc.) is a plus. • Research-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive approach to work. Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Number of qualified leads generated per week/month. • Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.
- Timely reporting and follow-ups. Qualifications Essential: Management student (Undergraduate or Graduate). Preferred: Background in Marketing or Business Development. What You’ll Gain • Real-world exposure to digital marketing & B2B lead generation.
