Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading BPO processes. Candidates will handle customer queries via calls and/or chat, ensure resolution, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat support
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain service quality and communication standards
- Follow company guidelines and processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- HSC Freshers candidates can apply
- Good to excellent communication skills (Versant 3–5 depending on role)
Salary:
₹18,500 – ₹33,000 CTC (depending on experience & process)
Shift Details:
- Day shifts / Rotational shifts available
- Fixed Sunday off / Rotational week off (depending on role)
