Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts Manager to oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of spare parts for Royal Enfield motorcycles. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal stock levels, timely availability of parts, and efficient operations to support service and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of Royal Enfield spare parts.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Monitor parts consumption trends and forecast demand accurately.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Liaise with Royal Enfield regional offices and suppliers for orders, delivery schedules, and returns.
- Implement inventory control procedures to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
- Track and report spare parts performance metrics regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise spare parts staff to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Prior experience in spare parts management, preferably in automotive or two-wheeler industry.
- Solid knowledge of Royal Enfield products and aftermarket parts.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and MS Office.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
