About the Role:

The Tamarind Hotel, Goa is hiring experienced Housekeeping Staff to maintain top-notch cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms, public areas, and hotel premises.

What You'll Do:

Clean, make, and set up guest rooms to hotel standards — beds, bathrooms, linens, amenities, and minibar. Handle check-in and check-out room turnovers quickly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, corridors, restaurant areas, and public washrooms. Report maintenance issues like plumbing leaks, AC faults, or electrical problems immediately. Handle guest requests for extra towels, pillows, toiletries, and other amenities promptly. Manage linen inventory, laundry coordination, and housekeeping supplies. Follow all hygiene and safety protocols — especially post-COVID cleanliness standards.

What We're Looking For:

1–4 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, or serviced apartment.



Knowledge of room cleaning techniques, bed making standards, and bathroom detailing. Honest, hardworking, and physically fit for the demands of the role. Basic communication in Hindi and English — Konkani or Kannada is a bonus. Punctual, well-groomed, and guest-friendly attitude. Candidates from Goa or Karnataka are preferred.

What We Offer:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month based on experience, free accommodation for outstation candidates, staff meals on duty, uniform provided, growth opportunities within the hotel, and paid leave and festival bonuses as per company policy.
