Job Title- Guest Service Associate – F& B Service

Job Summary

We Are hiring Guest Service Associates (F&B; Service) to support restaurant, banquet, and buffet operations. The role focuses on delivering quality food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service and hygiene standards in line with established SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food & beverage service
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service delivery
- Set up tables, service stations, and buffet counters as per service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Assist during banquets, events, and special functions
- Handle guest requests professionally and escalate issues when required
- Follow grooming standards, service etiquette,



and SOPs

Skills & Requirements

- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude and team spirit
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in hotels or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory
