Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Client Service Associate (Marketing). The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional client services, maintaining positive customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries,



and supporting marketing initiatives. The associate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, assist with financial service-related queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Additional tasks involve collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and execute client-centric marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Client Services and Customer Support skills to effectively address client needs and concerns
Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Basic understanding of Finance to assist clients with their financial queries and products
Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
