Support of application departments in problem analysis and resolution (RTR, EHS, ITF, PTP, RTP).

n

Remote function calls, ACL, gateway, monitoring of work processes and transports.

n

Solution manager: analysis of usability for managed system config, monitoring, alerting. SNotes.

n

Certificate/Key understanding and support.

n

Opening and working on internal tickets and OSS incidents to SAP for Me, Rise with SAP.

n

General SAP BASIS tasks, monitoring on current ERP systems, TMS maintenance.
