Generate leads and identify current business opportunities Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and closing deals Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Conduct product presentations and demonstrations Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution Prepare sales reports and update CRM/data regularly Monitor market trends and competitor activities Marketing Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns Manage online and offline marketing activities Handle social media platforms and promotional content Coordinate with advertising agencies and vendors Organize events, exhibitions,



and promotional activities Develop branding and visibility strategies Analyze campaign performance and ROI Managerial Responsibilities (For Manager Role) Lead and manage the sales & marketing team Set targets and monitor team performance Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members Develop sales strategies to increase revenue Prepare reports and present to senior management Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
