- *Scope of Responsibility**
- Execution of assigned **PHE / Plumbing service works**, including **water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, irrigation systems**, and associated infrastructure
- Supervision of **contractor and vendor work fronts** strictly from a:
- Workmanship and finish perspective
- Quality of execution
- Safety behaviour and site discipline
- Adherence to approved **execution methodologies, slopes, gradients, and installation practices**
- Support testing, flushing, pressure testing, commissioning, and stabilisation activities
- Coordination with adjacent MEP trades and civil works during execution
- Craft execution of **all Electrical and HVAC service packages** for the assigned project
- Site-level technical authority for Electrical & HVAC works




- Execution management of **Electrical & HVAC contractors and vendors**,
- Guidance and supervision of Electrical & HVAC execution engineers
- Execution coordination with adjacent MEP trades and civil works
- Oversight of **testing, commissioning, and system stabilisation** to ensure reliable operation
- *Interfaces with:**
- Other MEP execution engineers (Electrical, HVAC, FPS, Infra)
- Site supervisors and foremen
- Planning & MEP Coordination teams (execution updates and readiness inputs)
- Contractors and specialist agencies (in office execution)
