We are seeking a

- *highly motivated Business Development Executive**

nwho will be responsible for generating new business, pitching digital services, meeting prospects, and closing deals. This is an
- *client‑facing role**

nthat requires excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.n

The candidate should be comfortable meeting clients in person, understanding their business needs, and converting opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

- *Key Responsibilities**
- *Business Development & Sales**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals
- Actively pitch
- *Website Development, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Campaign services**
- Pitch and sell
- *creative services**

n, including:n
- Corporate videos
- Product shoots
- Brand videos
- Graphic designing & branding solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose customized digital solutions
- *Client Meetings & Deal Closures**
- Schedule and attend
- *client meetings (online and in‑person)**
- Build strong relationships and rapport with prospective customers




- Deliver effective presentations, proposals, and price quotations
- Handle negotiations and
- *close deals independently**
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams after deal closure
- *Account Coordination & Growth**
- Act as the point of contact during the pre‑sales phase
- Coordinate internally with design, development, marketing, and production teams
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts
- *Key Requirements**
- **Excellent communication and presentation skills**
- Strong
- *interpersonal and networking abilities**

- 1–3 years of experience in
- *Business Development / Sales**

- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and confident in client interactions
- *Good to Have**
- Experience selling digital, creative, or IT services
- Existing network of corporate clients, startups, or SMEs
- Basic understanding of branding, UI/UX, and content creation
- Experience working in a fast‑paced startup or agency environment
