Must Have

Backend Engineering 2–3+ years of Python experience building production-grade services Strong hands-on experience with Fast API , including: Async execution patterns

API design & error handling

n

Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD , especially within Azure Dev Ops Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Hands-on experience building end-to-end RAG systems Experience with:

Document ingestion & parsing

n

Chunking strategies

n

Embedding generation & indexing AI Agents & Frameworks

n

Expertise in at least one AI framework such as:

n

Lang Chain

n

Microsoft Agent Framework

n

Semantic Kernel

n





Google ADK Data & Storage Strong SQL skills, preferably Microsoft SQL Server Query writing, validation, optimization Data ingestion

n

Familiarity with No SQL databases, preferably Azure Cosmos DB Ways of Working

n

Robust communication and collaboration skills

n

Comfortable working in agile, globally distributed teams

n

Nice to Have Experience with Copilot Studio , including agent creation and publishing Exposure to Microsoft Agent Framework hosting and backend integration patterns
