MEP Manager

Scope of Responsibility

- Execution of assigned PHE / Plumbing service works, including water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, irrigation systems, and associated infrastructure
- Supervision of contractor and vendor work fronts strictly from a:
- Workmanship and finish perspective
- Quality of execution
- Safety behaviour and site discipline
- Adherence to approved execution methodologies, slopes, gradients, and installation practices
- Support testing, flushing, pressure testing, commissioning, and stabilisation activities
- Coordination with adjacent MEP trades and civil works during execution
- Craft execution of all Electrical and HVAC service packages for the assigned project
- Site-level technical authority for Electrical & HVAC works




- Execution management of Electrical & HVAC contractors and vendors,
- Guidance and supervision of Electrical & HVAC execution engineers
- Execution coordination with adjacent MEP trades and civil works
- Oversight of testing, commissioning, and system stabilisation to ensure reliable operation

Interfaces with:

- Other MEP execution engineers (Electrical, HVAC, FPS, Infra)
- Site supervisors and foremen
- Planning & MEP Coordination teams (execution updates and readiness inputs)
- Contractors and specialist agencies (in office execution)
