Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to serve as a technical leader within our engineering teams. This role combines deep frontend expertise with strong backend knowledge, guiding teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-stack software development with a focus on React/JavaScript frontend and Node.js backend.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and system design.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust APIs and backend services ensuring scalability and security.
- Contribute to system architecture and design decisions, driving technical excellence.
- Partner with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and engineering teams for smooth delivery.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of professional experience in software development with robust full-stack expertise.
- Frontend: React, JavaScript (ES6+),



HTML5, CSS3.
- Backend: Node.js preferred, or equivalent (Java, .NET, Python).
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and service architectures.
- Strong understanding of system design principles: scalability, maintainability, security.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Proven ability to mentor and support team members.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
