About the role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who has lived the creator's life — someone who has built or grown channels from scratch, understands what makes content travel across algorithms, and can bridge the gap between creative instinct and data-driven strategy. You will own our global social presence across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, leading both strategy and hands-on production.

Key responsibilities

- Channel ownership — lead strategy and execution across IG, YT, TikTok globally
- Content strategy — build quarterly content calendars aligned to brand goals
- Production — script, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form content end-to-end
- AI Tools - Robust use case and proven hands on experience with relevant AI tools.




- Trend scouting — identify and capitalise on trends before they peak
- Analytics & reporting — track KPIs, produce weekly/monthly performance dashboards
- Collaboration — brief designers, videographers, and external creators
- Paid amplification — work with performance team to boost top-performing organic content

Must-have skills

- Creator experience — personal or professional channel with proven growth track record
- Platform depth — deep understanding of IG Reels, YT Shorts, TikTok algorithms
- Content production — hands-on scripting, editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
- Analytics — fluency in native platform analytics + third-party tools
- Excel / Sheets — proficient with pivot tables, dashboards, and data storytelling
- Copywriting — strong hooks, captions, and CTAs that convert
- Project management — ability to manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously
- Global mindset — comfortable tailoring content for different regional audiences
