Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work. The Associate Vice President (AVP) will play a key role in deal evaluation, financial modeling, and end-to-end transaction execution. Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, creating detailed financial analyses, supporting capital raising initiatives,



and managing investor relations. The AVP will work closely with senior leadership to analyze opportunities in private credit, structured debt, and special situations.

Qualifications

- Robust Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills
- Solid understanding of Finance and Investment Banking concepts
- Experience in conducting Due Diligence processes
- Ability to manage and execute complex financial transactions
- High proficiency in understanding market trends and sectors like infrastructure and renewable energy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in private credit, structured debt, or investment banking is an advantage
