As a Business Management Associate within the Global Corporate Banking Business Management team, you are a strategic thinker passionate about promoting solutions in Business Management.
Job responsibilities
- Support BMs and BMAs in partnership with industry and regional group heads
- Act as the primary point of contact for various client data management submission/maintenance activities
- Provide support across various reporting requests, ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
- Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions
- Able to quickly respond to changing business needs and urgent requests. Produce accurate, error-free analysis and reporting
- Capable of synthesizing large datasets from internal systems to develop strategic conclusions
- Communicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next steps
- Participate in team-oriented initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Intermediate-level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
- Knowledge of internal JPMC systems such as party central, company IQ, Salesforce, and Dash
