Position Title Product AnalystDepartment Product Management Role Overview The Product Analyst oversees the training catalog end-to-end maintains CMS data coordinates pricing and schedules with vendors drives SEO and discovery analyzes enrollments manages lifecycle from launch to retirement conducts competitor research aligns cross-functional teams attends enablement sessions and delivers internal product training to achieve growth Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate course product and certification data within the CMS including details such as books labs and related resources Collaborate with product managers to strengthen relationships and explore partnership opportunities Oversee full course lifecycle management from launch to retirement Develop SEO-friendly meta descriptions and support the discovery of courses Maintain and update the Master Course List and Pricing Sheet in coordination with Vendor Managers Customize create learning roadmap Align course schedules with strategic objectives and ensure timely publication on NetCom and vendor platforms Analyze enrollment data and generate reports to support revenue and learner growth targets Conduct competitor research to identify gaps and recommend enhancements to course offerings Coordinate with internal teams Sales Marketing Operations and Instructors to ensure cross-functional alignment and leverage expertise for strategic initiatives Attend vendor enablement sessions and share insights with internal stakeholders Conducting product training for internal teams Skills Competencies 1-3 years of experience in the relevant industry Edtech Industry Valuable understanding of AI tools and applications Proficiency with CMS tools Excel power BI and reporting platforms Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical communication and project management skills Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering Excellent communication and presentation skills
