Position Details:

- Role : Fullstack Engineer

- Position : Permanent

- Location : Mumbai / Bhubaneswar

- Experience : 5+ years

- Working Days : 5 Days

- Notice Period : Immediate or 30 days max.

- Mandatory Skillset : Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

Back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance web applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Maintain code quality through code reviews and automated tests.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development

practices.

Design and implement RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Next JS, Flask, Django •

Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript -Angular, React,

Node.js, XML, jQuery)

Familiarity with some of databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS

Redis,), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes





Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg: Git, BitBucket)

Develop and maintain frontend components using React.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4-10 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

Strong experience with back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

Proficient in database design and management: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like

MongoDB.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture.

Knowledge of serverless computing.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
