Job Title: Workday Finance Consultant – Supply Chain Management

Job Summary

n

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Financial Management. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of Workday ERP experience and must hold at least one Workday Finance pillar certification—Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), or Cash to Cash

n

(C2C). The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and post-go-live support across Workday Financials.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

 Lead and support Workday Financials implementations across one or more finance pillars (R2R, P2P, C2C).

n

 Configure and deploy Workday modules including functional areas viz.

n

Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Accounts, Supplier Contracts, Purchase

n

Items, Supplier Invoices and Accounting as applicable.

n

 Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

n

 Design and execute business process frameworks (BPFs), security, reporting,

n

and integrations related to Workday Finance.

n

 Support data conversion, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-production support.

n

 Act as a subject matter expert for finance-related Workday functionality and best practices.

n

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Integrations,



Conversion,

n

Reporting and Adaptive Planning, where required.

n

 Support client stakeholders through workshops, demos, and issue resolution during implementation and post-go-live phases.

n

Mandatory Qualifications

n

 4–7 years of experience working on Workday Financial Management implementations.

n

 Active Workday certification in any one of the following finance pillars:

n

o Record to Report (R2R)

n

o Procure to Pay (P2P)

n

o Cash to Cash (C2C)

n

 Hands-on experience across end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle.

n

 Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial business processes.

n

 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

n

Valuable-to-Have Skills

n

 Workday experience or certification in Banking, Expenses, Projects, Strategic

n

Sourcing modules.

n

 Prior exposure to ERP implementation in multiple industries like higher education, healthcare, financial services, banking.

n

 Experience supporting global implementations, multi-entity, or multi-currency setups.

n

 Consulting background with client-facing delivery experience.

n

Education

n

 Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA in related field.

n

 Workday pillar certifications are mandatory; additional certifications are a plus.
