About Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our Professional Services team on a contract basis. This role involves building production-grade AI solutions for global clients, working in a quick-paced and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

? Generative AI Development

- Design and develop production-ready Generative AI applications
- Build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Develop AI agents & multi-agent orchestration systems
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and context management
- Create chatbots, conversational AI, and document automation solutions

? AWS Cloud & Serverless Development

- Develop serverless architectures using AWS Lambda
- Work with API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge
- Build REST APIs and real-time AI applications
- Manage AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CDK / CloudFormation)

? Data Engineering & ML Operations

- Build data ingestion pipelines (structured & unstructured)
- Develop ETL / ELT workflows
- Implement vector embeddings & semantic search systems
- Ensure data quality, monitoring, and observability
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost

? Client Collaboration

- Work directly with clients and stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Document architecture,



deployment processes, and best practices
- Troubleshoot production AI systems

Must-Have Skills

- Amazon Bedrock & Foundation Models (Claude, Llama, etc.)
- RAG architecture & vector databases
- LangChain / LlamaIndex / AI agent frameworks
- Advanced Python (APIs, async programming, testing)
- AWS Lambda & serverless architecture
- LLM API integrations
- REST API development (FastAPI / Flask)

Good to Have

- API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions
- Docker & containerized AI workloads
- Pandas, PySpark, AWS Glue
- CI/CD pipelines
- CloudWatch monitoring & observability
- Security best practices (IAM, Secrets Manager)

Nice to Have

- AWS SageMaker
- OpenSearch (vector / hybrid search)
- EventBridge
- WebSocket-based AI streaming
- AWS CDK
- Model fine-tuning / PEFT

Experience Required

- 10+ years in software engineering
- 2+ years of AWS production experience
- 3+ years in Generative AI
- Strong experience in Data Engineering (ETL, AWS Glue, Amazon Athena)
- Proven track record of delivering production AI solutions
- Strong client-facing and Agile experience

Preferred Qualifications

- AWS Certifications
- Experience in Healthcare / Finance domains
- Open-source contributions
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS AI platforms
- Knowledge of AI cost optimization
