Job Title: IVR Testing Engineer (Cyara + US Healthcare)

Job Summary

- We are seeking a skilled IVR Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in Cyara automation and solid domain expertise in US Healthcare.
- The candidate will be responsible for testing IVR and contact center applications, ensuring seamless customer experience across voice and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end testing of IVR applications (Speech & DTMF-based systems)
- Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data
- Conduct skills-based routing and interface testing for contact center systems
- Execute IVR test cases using Cyara and analyze results
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Cyara Velocity platform
- Perform regression, functional, and system integration testing
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand IVR workflows and requirements
- Validate conversational AI flows and customer journeys
- Monitor IVR performance and identify defects or gaps
- Log, track, and manage defects using defect management tools
- Support UAT and production validation activities
