Job Role: Optometrist & Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
Perform accurate eye refraction and vision tests.
Recommend appropriate lenses, frames, and optical products based on customer needs.
Assist customers in frame selection, product education, and upselling premium brands.
Maintain customer records and ensure proper follow-up for repeat visits.
Ensure high-quality customer service and store hygiene standards.
Coordinate with team for inventory, display, and store operations.
Achieve monthly sales targets through qualified counselling and product knowledge.

Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Optometry.
Solid communication and customer handling skills.
Sales-driven approach with qualified ethics.
Experience in optical retail preferred.

Patient, detail-oriented, confident, and team-focused.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
