Job Summary*

nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical qualified to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves data collection, reporting, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve business performance, identify trends, and optimize operational processes.n
Key Responsibilities*
Retrieve, compile, and validate data from internal business systems and external partner portals.
Download, consolidate, and organize reports from multiple retail and POS platforms.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to operations, sales, and business performance.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
Maintain and regularly update master data, including products, customers, vendors, pricing, and promotions.
Track and document vendor programs, promotional activities, and key business timelines.
Reconcile data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Develop dashboards, summaries, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
Improve reporting processes through standardization and basic automation techniques.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance,



and supply chain teams to support strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications*
Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with retail, POS systems, or sales data analysis is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is preferred.
Solid organizational and data management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications*
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Excel macros, Power Query, or scripting).
Understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional analytics.
Online database like Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Outfield apps
