The Managed Services Operstions Head / Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of telecom managed services contracts, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and revenue realization.
This role owns P&L; / revenue targets, manages customer relationships, and leads multi-disciplinary technical teams across Field Operations / NOC.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Financial Ownership
Own MS contract revenue, billing milestones & collections
Drive profitability through cost optimization & resource planning
Support business development for renewals, upsell & scope expansion
Forecast revenue and manage budgets
Service Delivery & Operations
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence across NOC, Field & Network teams
