‣ Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence

‣ Oversee the complete SDLC from requirements to deployment and maintenance

‣ Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems

‣ Drive technical decisions across architecture, infrastructure, and technology stack

‣ Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives

‣ Lead adoption of cloud-native architectures (GCP preferred) and microservices

‣ Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively

‣ 15+ years of experience in software engineering with 8+ years in leadership roles

‣ Proven experience managing and scaling large engineering teams (50+ members)

‣ Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern software architecture

‣ Strong experience with tech stacks such as Java, Python, Node.Js, React, or similar

‣ Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (GCP preferred), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

‣ Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system design

‣ Experience in high-growth product-based or SaaS environments
