Job Description:

AI/ML -

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

2–3 years of proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).

1–2 years of hands-on experience using the LangChain framework.

2–3 years of experience with machine learning concepts and fine-tuning methodologies.

1–2 years of experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.

2–3 years of professional coding experience in Python, following PEP8 standards.

1 year of experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and effective code.

Experience ensuring production-quality code, including thorough testing and documentation.

Comfortable working in the terminal for development and deployment tasks.

1–2 years of experience with version control systems such as Git.

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of software engineering experience.

4+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, Generative AI, and traditional ML models.

Strong experience with Chatbots, conversational AI, and NLP-based solutions.

4+ years of experience with Web and API development.

4+ years of experience hosting applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred).

Strong knowledge of security, access controls, logging, monitoring, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and production operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in the healthcare industry.

Full-stack engineering experience.
