About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic Student Counsellors to counsel students and parents understand and help them enroll in our 6-day future-ready Summer Camp conducted at IIT Delhi campus. This is a sales + counselling role focused on converting warm leads into confirmed registrations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping students become future-ready, are from psychology background,



someone who believes that education in India needs to move beyond rote learning and exam pressure, while also building a meaningful professional engagement and earning through a performance-based model.

Roles & Responsibilities

n

Call and follow up with student and parent leads

n

Explain summer camp features, schedule, pricing, and benefits

n

Handle doubts related to career guidance, AI projects, startup challenge etc.

n

Build trust and guide families toward enrollment decisions

n

Maintain lead data in Excel / CRM
