Job Summary:

n

We are looking for a Senior SAP PP Consultant with 10+ years of experience to lead implementation, support, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP PP along with leadership experience in handling end-to-end project lifecycles.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

· Lead SAP PP implementations and Global Rollouts

n

· Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and process optimization

n

· Configure and manage:

n

o Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning o Long Term Planning, Forecasting, and Planning BOM o MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

n

o Production Planning & Scheduling for MTO and MTS scenarios o Available to Promise (ATP) and Missing Parts List o BOM, Routing, Work Centers o Capacity Planning & Planning Boards

n

· Experience in integration with MES systems

n

· Work closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams

n

· Ensure integration with MM,



SD, QM, and WM modules

n

· Lead UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support

n

· Mentor junior consultants and guide the team

n

· Prepare functional specifications and solution documents

n

Required Skills:

n

· Solid hands-on experience in SAP PP (10+ years)

n

· Expertise in end-to-end implementation projects

n

· Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes

n

· Experience in SAP QM model

n

· Strong knowledge of cross-module integration (MM, SD, QM)

n

· Ability to handle client-facing roles and stakeholder management

n

Preferred Qualifications:

n

· SAP Certification in PP module

n

· Experience in global delivery models

n

· Exposure to PP-PI / Advanced Planning tools (good to have)

n

Leadership & Soft Skills:

n

· Strong leadership and team handling skills

n

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

n

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

n
