Summary:nWe are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, and supporting business decisions through financial analysis and process improvements.

I. Role ObjectivenTo support the organization’s financial planning, reporting, compliance, and decision-making processes by delivering accurate financial information, driving analytical insights, ensuring statutory compliance, and leveraging up-to-date tools (including AI-enabled solutions) to enhance finance operations.

II. Key ResponsibilitiesnA. Financial Accounting & ReportingnPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, Indian GAAP, and Ind AS.nEnsure accurate general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and timely month-end/quarter-end closures.nSupport consolidation and group reporting, including intercompany reconciliations.nAssist in preparation of management reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.

B. FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis)nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning exercises.nPerform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) and provide actionable insights.nDevelop financial models for business scenarios, pricing, and investment decisions.nPartner and collaborate with other business functions to improve cost controls and profitability.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance (India)nEnsure compliance with Indian statutory requirements including:nGST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws Companies Act, ROC filings, and related compliancesnCoordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Support statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

D. Process Improvement & ControlsnStrengthen internal controls and documentation of SOPs.nIdentify automation and optimization opportunities in finance processes.nSupport implementation and enhancement of ERP / accounting systems.

E. Technology & AI EnablementnUse AI-enabled tools and advanced Excel/BI tools to improve data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.nExplore automation opportunities using RPA/AI for routine finance activities.

III. Qualifications & ExperiencenQualified Chartered Accountant (CA)n3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting, FP&A;, or Financial Reporting roles.nStrong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Indian GAAP, and Ind AS.nHands-on experience in FP&A;, budgeting, and forecasting.nGood understanding of Indian statutory compliances and taxation.nExposure to ERP systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with BI/AI tools preferred.
