Senior Associate/Associate Manager, Patient Analytics & PSS – INDIA

Key Responsibilities

n

Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients.

n

Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions.

n

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau tailored to client needs.

n





Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks.

n

Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting.

n

Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices.

n

Contribute to team management and foster collaboration across projects.

n

Handle client communication effectively, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.

n

Qualifications

n

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science).

n

3-6 years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics, claims data, and Patient Support Services.

n

Hands-on experience with HUB data, SP data, 852, and 867 datasets is a must.

n

Strong understanding of pharma data sets and industry-specific data structures.

n

Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau skills are required; Python is good to have.

n

Team management or mentoring experience is required.

n

Client communication handling is a must, with proven ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

n

Should have hands-on experience with end-to-end Patient Analytics.

n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

n

Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to clients.

n

Valuable to Have: Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows
