We are frequently engaged in disputes requiring reconstruction of financial records, identification of non-operating or personal expenses, tracing of funds, assessment of economic damages, and development of defensible expert opinions suitable for court, mediation, and IRS scrutiny.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate with 3–5 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting or dispute-related financial analysis to join our Litigation Support team. This position is based in India and works directly with U.S.-based senior professionals on active litigation engagements.

This is a technical production role. The primary responsibility is to perform forensic accounting analyses, build defensible financial models, and develop well-documented workpapers that support expert conclusions. The role requires strong analytical discipline, comfort working with disorganized or incomplete data, and the ability to meet litigation deadlines with precision.

The ideal candidate has direct experience in forensic accounting within litigation contexts, particularly marital dissolution or shareholder disputes, and is proficient in financial tracing, income reconstruction, and normalization analyses, as well as developing marital balance sheets and lifestyle analyses.
