What You’ll Do

n

As a Senior AI Engineer , you’ll lead the design and deployment of Generative AI and LLM-based applications that make wellness more personal, intelligent, and accessible.

n

You’ll research, architect, and productionize cutting-edge systems — working at the intersection of deep learning, language modeling, and scalable backend engineering.

n

Core Responsibilities

n

Research & Experimentation:

n

Stay at the frontier of Gen AI , LLMs , and agentic systems. Explore and extend frameworks like Lang Graph , adaptive RAG , and NL2 SQL , and integrate long-term memory tools such as Mem0 or graph-based memory layers to sustain context and coherence across user interactions.

n

End-to-End Engineering:

n

Design, build, and deploy AI applications using Fast API , Python , Vector Databases , and modern ML stacks.

n

System Ownership

n

Manage the full ML lifecycle — from data pipelines and model training to evaluation, monitoring, and scaling.

n

Collaboration

n

Work closely with product,



design, and customer teams to deliver impactful, AI-enhanced experiences.

n

Communication

n

Translate complex AI concepts into explicit insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

n

What We’re Looking For

n

Experience

n

3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning , LLMs , or Generative AI.

n

Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.

n

Strong understanding of ML architectures , data structures , and system design.

n

⚙️ Technical Skills

n

Languages & Frameworks: Python (expert), Py Torch, Tensor Flow, JAX

n

Gen AI Stack: Lang Chain, Lang Graph, RAG, AI Agents, NL2 SQL, MCP

n

Backend & Infra: Fast API, Node.js, Mongo DB, Vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone)

n

MLOps & Productivity: CI/CD, containerization, and AI IDEs like Cursor

n

Education

n

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field

n

Ph. D. or equivalent research experience in AI/ML/NLP is a plus

n

Soft Skills

n

Excellent communication and storytelling — able to translate AI into business impact.

n

Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.

n
