Product Engineer The Mission

We are looking for a high-agency Product Engineer (2 to 4 years experience) who sees engineering as a means to solve real user problems. Success in this role is not measured by tickets closed, but by the impact and delight of the features you ship.

You will have full ownership of the product lifecycle. This role is for a builder who can navigate the full stack, leverage AI to accelerate workflows, and craft seamless, AI-native experiences from database to browser. You will not just execute on specs, you will help define the product.

Tech Stack

- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand
- Backend: Node.js, Express
- Database: Flexible, with emphasis on strong schema design
- Architecture: Monorepo (Turborepo or Nx)

What You’ll Don

- Own Features End-to-End
- Design data models, build backend services, and deliver polished user interfaces.
- Build AI-Native Experiences
- Create interfaces that handle non-deterministic AI outputs using streaming, optimistic updates, and generative UI patterns.
- Execute Across the Stack
- Define API contracts,



build services, and ensure seamless integration from database to frontend.
- Drive Product Discovery
- Collaborate on defining what to build. Understand the “why” behind features and propose MVPs to validate ideas quickly.

What We’re Looking Forn

- 2 to 4 years of experience building and shipping products in rapid-paced environments
- AI-augmented development mindset, with strong use of tools like Cursor or Claude
- Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, including performance optimization and modern patterns
- Strong product intuition, with the ability to make UX decisions without heavy reliance on design specs

Nice to Haven

- Experience building custom AI workflows, agents, or automation tools
- Exposure to microfrontends or scaling monorepo architectures
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience building your own product or side project
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions
