Job Summary

n

We are looking for an experienced Analysis and Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in z Platform / Mainframe environments , reporting, and financial chargeback analysis. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of mainframe systems, processing components, billing/reporting processes, and application interactions, along with the ability to work closely with technical teams, finance, procurement, and IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Analyze and report on z Platform / Mainframe operational and financial data.
- Support financial chargeback reporting , validation, and submission processes.
- Work closely with z System Technical teams, Storage teams, Application teams, Finance, Procurement, and IT Leadership .
- Support SCRT processing/reporting and identify anomalies before submission.
- Interpret IBM / Broadcom / CA / BMC billing reports and related processes.
- Provide reporting support using SMF data, storage data, and system/application data .
- Support z Platform dashboards , centralized reporting, and technical data analysis.




- Assist in API development, Db2 data analysis, Endevor support, and decommissioning reports .
- Use AI tools and M365 Copilot to improve analysis, reporting, and communication.

Required Skills

n

- Strong expertise in z Platform / Mainframe environments
- Experience with TADz, Mainframe SAS, VB, Java, Db2, SCRT Processing/Reporting, JCL, TSO, OPC/TWS, Microsoft Access
- Good understanding of SMF data, DASD, LPAR, CICS, Db2 internals, RACF, and chargeback reporting
- Knowledge of IBM / Broadcom / CA / BMC billing processes
- Experience in ASP.Net application maintenance and x86 server support is a plus
- Robust analytical, reporting, and cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in mainframe analysis, reporting, or z Platform support
- Ability to translate technical data into financial and business insights
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate and manage reporting data accurately
- Quick learner with the ability to grow into an SME-level role
