Position Summaryn

We are seeking an experienced Global Product Engineering Leader to own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end engineering execution for one of our financial payment products – Payabhi. This role will work closely with Regional (US, Canada, Nordic, India) sales, Centralized research, and Innovation teams to anticipate market needs, define forward-looking product roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer and market expectations — Deliver the Right Product, at the Right Time, in the Right Markets.

The product Payabbhi – is a cloud-native,



API-first digital payments platform that unifies acceptance, acquiring, and disbursement across payment channels, enabling businesses to compose their own ecosystem with modular components, seamless integrations, intelligent orchestration, and real-time intelligence. Prospect can use Payabbhi to stand up a payment gateway service expeditiously.

The role involves leading global engineering teams (primarily based out of IDC, Kolkata), driving architectural excellence, innovation, and building a world class product with a competitive edge along with measurable value for the end customer. The leader will ensure that technology decisions are scalable, secure, and aligned with both current and future market demands.
