About the Role

n

We are looking for experienced Dev Ops and Backend Engineers to contribute to an exciting AI training project for one of our global clients. This is not a traditional Dev Ops role — you will be using your engineering expertise to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems by writing real-world engineering scenarios, reviewing AI-generated code, and building benchmark task libraries.

What You Will Do

n

Write realistic Dev Ops and backend engineering scenarios used to train AI models

n

Review, evaluate and rank AI-generated code for correctness, security and efficiency

n

Build and contribute to CI/CD, Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code task libraries

n

Provide expert judgment on AI outputs based on your hands-on engineering experience

n

Work Structure

n

Working hours: 5–8 hours per day, flexible

n

Contract: 3 months, extendable based on performance

n





Work mode: 100% Remote — anywhere in India

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

3–10 years of hands-on software engineering experience

n

CS degree at undergraduate level — mandatory

n

Robust proficiency in Python, Go/Golang, or Bash (any one)

n

Solid experience with Kubernetes and Docker

n

Hands-on CI/CD experience — Git Lab CI or Git Hub Actions preferred

n

Working knowledge of Terraform or any Infrastructure-as-Code tool

n

Familiarity with at least 3 of the following: Prometheus, Grafana, Keycloak/IAM, g RPC, Postgre SQL, Redis, API Design

n

Must have own high-performance laptop and reliable high-speed internet

n
