Job Overview

n

Business Process Analyst will support Corporate Procurement by delivering data‑driven insights through Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytics solutions. This role partners closely with procurement and supply chain teams to transform SAP and enterprise data into accurate, scalable reporting and drive process efficiency using SQL, Python, and automation tools.

Roles & Responsibility :

n

- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support procurement KPIs and performance metrics.n

- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications with minimal supervision.

n

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources including Excel , SQL Server , and SAP .

n

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness before publishing any reports or KPIs.

n

- Analyze quantitative and qualitative business data to derive insights and actionable recommendations.

n

- Document requirements, define project scope, and align solutions with overall business objectives.

n

- Understand SAP data structures and flows from transactional systems to BI layers.

n

- Work closely with procurement, sourcing, and supply chain teams—particularly within the automotive domain—to deliver effective analytics solutions.

n





- Support the creation of scalable, reusable reporting and personalization platforms.

n

- Conduct regular review and analysis of existing processes using operational metrics and suggest improvements.

n

- Identify and resolve discrepancies or data quality issues in reporting processes.

n

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE

n

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

n

Desired Candidate Profile:

n

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

n

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.n

- 2–4 years of experience in Power BI development and advanced Excel-based analytics .

n

- Intermediate Python knowledge often focus on scripting, automation, data manipulation and development. Also familiar with libraries (manipulation and visualization).

n

- Robust proficiency in SQL (query writing and database understanding).

n

- Experience working with large, complex, and multidimensional datasets .

n

- Ability to create interactive, user-friendly dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.

n

- Knowledge of ETL processes and data validation techniques.

n

- Understanding of procurement and supply chain functions; experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

n





- Exposure to SAP data and business processes is highly desirable.

n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

n

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and drive solutions forward.

n

Must to Have

n

- Experience with Python, Power Apps and Power Automate.n

- Familiarity with data modeling and data governance with best practices.
