Academic

Administration- Faculty Coordination: Manage faculty schedules and ensure classes are conducted as per the curriculum plan.

- Student Progress: Monitor student performance and attendance; organize regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to address concerns and provide feedback.
- Quality Control: Ensure the delivery of study materials and tests which aligns with Sudhir’s Classes brand standard.2.

Operational

Leadership- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of administrative staff and counselors to achieve collective branch goals.

- Facility Management: Maintain a world-class learning setting by ensuring the branch infrastructure is clean, safe, and well-functioning.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate records of admissions, student databases, and daily operational reports.3. Sales & Business Development- Lead Conversion:



Handle walk-in inquiries and telephonic leads; provide expert counseling to parents and students to ensure high admission conversion rates.
- Marketing Strategy: Execute local area marketing activities (BTL), including school seminars, canopy activities, and community outreach.
- Revenue Management: Take ownership of the branch’s P&L;, ensuring timely fee collection and budget management.Desired Candidate Profile- Experience: 10-12 years of experience in coaching classes industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role (Center Head or Branch Head).
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA or candidates with an Engineering background are preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Empathetic approach toward student and parent concerns.
