The Domain

Solutions & Consulting Lead will be pivotal in shaping and delivering compelling, client-focused solutions, while also providing domain-driven advisory support during critical sales and delivery engagements.This strategic role bridges the gap between sales, service lines, and delivery teams—ensuring the design of fit-for-purpose solutions that are not only commercially viable but also aligned to the client’s strategic goals and Anaptyss' go-to-market portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for BFS sales pursuits, working closely with business development, delivery, and service line leaders to shape solution strategy and execution plans.
- Blend consulting rigor with solutioning excellence—participating in client conversations, understanding business challenges, and proposing tailored solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Co-develop winning proposals and pitch narratives based on deep client understanding, market intelligence, and solution architecture insights.
- Actively engage as a Consultant for key clients when required—leading discovery workshops, shaping transformation roadmaps, and supporting value articulation.
- Ideate and define solution contours with the domain and delivery teams, including use case identification, capability modeling, and demonstrable components.




- Develop commercial models and delivery estimates to support solution pricing and business case development.
- Create solution collateral packages (PowerPoint decks, Word documents, etc.) to enable sales teams and ensure consistent, high-impact client communication.
- Contribute to the firm’s thought leadership by producing whitepapers, participating in industry forums, and championing the BFS domain internally and externally.
- Support end-to-end RFI/RFP responses and transition planning for strategic engagements.Required Skills & Competencies:
- Deep domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services across areas such as risk management, lending, payments, regulatory compliance, or operations.
- Demonstrated experience in management consulting or strategic advisory within the BFSI segment.
- Strong pre-sales experience, including proposal creation, value proposition development, and deal shaping.
- Ability to distil complex data and industry trends into clear, actionable business insights.
- Proven experience in crafting compelling storylines tailored to CXO audiences.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence across stakeholders with conviction and credibility.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity and leading structured problem-solving initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite—especially in creating visually appealing and persuasive presentations and documents.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements or conduct virtual due diligence as required.What We Offer:
