We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our EMEA Shared Services Center as a Record to Report (R2R) Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of activities related to the record-to-report stream, which includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining compliance with company policies, and driving continuous improvement within the finance function.

In your future role as “Accountant” the key responsibilities will be

n

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

n

Participate in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines and requirements for some EMEA entities of the group.

n

and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing.

n

Prepare Balance sheet reconciliation on a monthly basis as per the groupe timeline.

n





Accounting for specialized postings of pension / Payroll across EMEA entities.

n

Responsible for one off processes across EMEA (Labor costs accruals / Monthly postings VAT / Statistical reporting/ Hedge accounting)

n

Support initiatives geared towards financial process automation.

n

Collaborate with IT to enhance ERP systems and other financial reporting tools.

n

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies & SOX Reporting.

n

Monitor internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

n

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
