Job Title: Implementation Project Manager

Department: Professional Services

Reporting To: Head of Professional Services

Location: Panaji, Goa

Job Type: Work from office

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for global travel industry clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and technical teams to manage scope, risks, customizations, and documentation. Drive Go-Live readiness while overseeing reporting, forecasting, and commercial aspects of projects. Ideal for experienced project managers with strong implementation expertise and client-facing skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinate project management activities with ODL clients including regular reporting and client meetings.
- Document, track and communicate project issues, risks, requirements and dependencies using ODL methodology and toolkit.
- Manage the delivery of professional services to meet client requirements, working closely with our Implementation Consultants and Business Analysts.
- Work closely with the Client project management resource to resolve issues and ensure project tasks are completed to plan.
- Ensure that quality manuals and client specific documentation are produced and available to clients




- Liaise with ODL technical resources and development teams to deliver client specific customizations (developments).
- Manage commercial aspects of projects including staff timesheets, expenses, development estimates, forecasts and project billing.

Skills Required:

- 5 years + experience of software implementation projects, ideally working in a travel technology company or tour operating environment.
- Experience of using project management tools and techniques.
- Results orientated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of the Travel industry and particularly of Tour Operations is preferable.
- Knowledge of external interfaces related to the travel industry is preferable.
- Desire and willingness to travel if required.

Educational Qualifications Required:

- Graduate or Post graduate in any related field.

Experience Required:

- 8+ years of experience in the IT sector with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
