Job SummaryThe MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support organizational decision-making. They ensure the accuracy, security, and accessibility of Management Information Systems while delivering actionable insights through reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate reports. Develop and maintain MIS tools, including databases, software, and dashboards. Create monthly and ad-hoc reports on sales, inventory, market share, or financial metrics. Ensure data security and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Collaborate with departments to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions. Present data-driven insights to management in a clear and actionable format. Support technology projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes. Provide training to staff on MIS tools and best practices. Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP).



Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Ability to develop and maintain dashboards for management. Communication Skills Robust ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner. Proficiency in understanding and addressing stakeholder requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical Skills Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends or anomalies. Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in Data Analytics, MIS, or Statistical Analysis (preferred). Experience 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or a related role. Experience in live projects involving data reporting or dashboard creation. Work Environment: Full-time role, typically in an office or hybrid setting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular interaction with senior management.
