Job Summary:

We are seeking a QA Officer – QMS & Documentation to strengthen our Quality Assurance function at our Baddi manufacturing unit. The role requires hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems and pharmaceutical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling QMS activities including CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, and Incident management

- Preparation, review, and control of SOP, BMR, BPR, and MFR

- Preparation of APQR and trending reports

- Ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements

- Document control, issuance, archival, and record maintenance

- Supporting internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections





- Ensuring timely closure of quality events and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: B.Pharm

- Experience: 2–5 years in QA QMS & Documentation (Pharmaceutical Industry)

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in OSD manufacturing setup

- Robust knowledge of GMP and QMS systems

- Good documentation drafting and review skills

- Candidates based in Baddi or nearby locations

- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary: As per industry standards
