- Adherence Protocols: Implement and monitor strict compliance with internal tools and global communication standards 4. Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI) - Transparency Dashboards: Maintain daily reports on quality scores, training readiness, and team morale.

Who You Are - Experience: 3+ years in a QA/Training Lead role, specifically within High-Ticket Sales or Premium Customer Success.
