We are seeking a Temenos T24 Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in core banking transformation and migration programs. The role requires a client-facing skilled capable of bridging business and technology, driving end-to-end migration from legacy core systems to Temenos T24, and ensuring seamless implementation aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities1. Core Banking Migration & Transformation

- Lead and support end-to-end migration projects from legacy core banking systems to Temenos T24 (Transact).
- Define migration strategy, including:
- Data mapping & transformation
- Data cleansing and reconciliation
- Cutover planning and execution
- Drive impact analysis for migration across modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Payments, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity, audit compliance, and zero/low downtime migration.

2. Techno-Functional Delivery

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gather and document:
- Business Requirements (BRD)
- Functional Specifications (FRD)
- Technical Design Inputs
- Configure and support T24 modules such as:
- Accounts, Deposits, Lending
- Payments & Funds Transfer
- Customer & KYC
- Work on TAFJ / TAFC environments, including:
- Parameterization
- Version development (basic level)
- Local customization handling

3. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as primary point of contact for client-side business and IT teams.
- Conduct:
- Workshops
- Solution walkthroughs
- Requirement validation sessions




- Provide consultative advisory on best practices for Temenos adoption.
- Manage expectations across CXOs, business users, and IT stakeholders.

4. Integration & Ecosystem Alignment

- Work with integration teams on:
- APIs / Middleware
- Third-party systems (CRM, Treasury, Channels)
- Ensure seamless integration of T24 with surrounding banking ecosystem.
- Support interface design and testing strategy.

5. Testing, UAT & Go-Live Support

- Define and execute:
- SIT & UAT strategies
- Test case preparation & validation
- Support UAT cycles with business users
- Lead cutover planning and go-live execution
- Provide post-go-live hypercare support

6. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure alignment with:
- Regulatory requirements (Qatar / GCC banking norms)
- Internal audit standards
- Maintain comprehensive documentation:
- Migration plans
- Data reconciliation reports
- Solution design documents

Required Skills & ExperienceCore Skills

- Strong experience in Temenos T24 / Transact
- Proven track record in core banking migration projects (must-have)
- Experience in data migration tools, ETL, and reconciliation processes
- Understanding of banking operations and products

Technical Exposure

- Familiarity with:
- TAFJ / TAFC architecture
- Basic jBASE / Java / APIs
- Experience with:
- Integration frameworks / middleware
- Data mapping & transformation tools

Functional Expertise

- Strong knowledge in:
- Retail & Corporate Banking
- Payments, Lending, Deposits
- Understanding of:
- Banking regulations (preferably GCC/Qatar)
